Marcine Miller joined Wenatchee Valley College (WVC) in November 2024. She moved to Wenatchee from New York City, where she worked for over a decade at The New School in strategic communications and academic affairs roles.

At The New School, Marcine directed inclusive communications for the Office of the Provost and developed university-wide initiatives celebrating faculty research, creative practice, and social impact, including a public keynote and dialogue series.

At Wenatchee Valley College, Marcine leads institution-wide communications, marketing, public relations, and a speaker series that elevates scholarship and civic engagement across North Central Washington. Her work centers on advancing the transformative impact of a Wenatchee Valley College education through accessible storytelling, community dialogue, and cultural programming.

Her earlier career was spent at Anthology Film Archives, a leading center for experimental and independent cinema in New York, where Marcine led publicity, grant research, and audience development for arts programming.

Marcine has a bachelor's degree in Cinema Studies from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. She serves on the Humanities Washington Board of Trustees and on the Community Advisory Group for Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).

Outside of her professional work, Marcine maintains a creative practice as a potter and has exhibited her work nationally in New York, City, Maine, and Washington.
