Math Placement

New students pursuing a degree or certificate may use multiple measures—including high school transcripts, EdReady, SBAC scores, or AP scores—to determine the most appropriate starting point in mathematics. Students who would benefit from additional preparation may begin with developmental courses designed to strengthen the skills and confidence needed for college-level mathematics.
